Sanjay Patel
Dr. Sanjay Patel is the CEO of Aashna Hospitality, bringing a rare blend of industry knowledge, strategic insight, and hands-on operational leadership to the company. Under his guidance, properties have seen consistent double-digit annual growth in earnings, driven by his expertise in revenue management, guest relations, and strategic marketing.
Dr. Patel's background also includes successfully operating two medical practices, giving him a strong foundation in staff leadership, regulatory compliance, and financial planning that translates seamlessly into hospitality. He holds a Medical Doctorate from Ravenswood Hospital Medical Center, reflecting his commitment to rigorous study, continual learning, and exceptional service.

Jesal Patel
Dr. Jesal Patel is the President of Aashna Hospitality, bringing a mix of operational expertise, administrative precision, and people-centered leadership to the company. Her career began in medical administration before transitioning into hospitality in 2004, where she oversaw operations across multiple properties.
Dr. Patel's strategic partnerships and marketing initiatives have driven consistent double-digit annual growth in hotel earnings, while her focus on staff development has fostered high morale and superior service. She holds an MBBS from M.S. University in India, and after moving to the United States attended Rush Medical College and completed advanced training at Ravenswood Hospital Medical Center, earning her MD in 1999.

Jeremy Bess
Jeremy Bess serves as General Manager at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Bourbonnais, bringing over eight years of progressive hospitality leadership to Aashna Hospitality. His experience spans front office operations, housekeeping, financial reporting, and guest services, with a proven ability to manage budgets, drive operational efficiency, and ensure brand compliance.
Jeremy's background includes hands-on leadership roles across multiple properties, including Comfort Inn & Suites and Country Inn & Suites, where he directed daily operations, staffing, and revenue management. His commitment to team development, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence continues to strengthen Aashna Hospitality's properties.
